Luis Alberto Russián

Luis Alberto Russian is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and has more than 27 years of experience in international trade related issues in the public and private sector. His incorporation as a consultant of AP&R allows him to offer the firm’s clients a strategic and real vision of the challenges associated with the export of products and services. In addition to his trajectory, he has been president of the Foreign Trade Committee of CONINDUSTRIA, advisor to CONSECOMERCIO, as well as president of the Venezuelan Colombian Chamber of Commerce (CAVECOL) and FEDECAMARAS. He is backed by more than 16 years of career in the public sector where he concluded as President of the Antidumping and Subsidies Commission.
