Caracas, Venezuela, June 30, 2019 — Two dynamic Venezuelan law firms, IP boutique Antequera Parilli & Rodríguez and general practice firm Leĝa, have designed a cooperation strategy to obtain expedited judicial decisions for trademark and patent owners with matters pending before the Venezuelan Registry of Industrial Property. Their initiative is valuable to IP rights holders, whose trademark and patent applications have been unresolved for years, and in many cases decades, due to delays in issuing decisions.
